Check out my attached before & after photos as I spilled my coffee on my white rug one morning and tried to clean it myself and it got worse.. then, I found Umar Carpet via a Google search and WhatsApp-ed them. They were very responsive and were able to pick-up my rug later that night and deliver it back within a week (even with some time to dry due to the rainy & cold weather season in January).
Umar Carpet deserves 5 stars because they’re responsive, considerate, and communicative! The rug came back looking new again and I am very happy 🤩 definitely recommend this business 👍👍

I have two large carpets, one from Nain and one from Pakistan, that had been on the floor for 20 plus years with normal brushing and vacuuming. Both were in need of a fuller clean and also the tassels were damaged.
Umar came to my apartment - on time - and quoted for cleaning and replacement of the tassels. He took the carpets away and around a month later they arrived back - again promptly - looking splendid. Umar sent me videos of the cleaning process which was impressive and confidence inspiring. The carpets are amazing to walk on and look wonderful especially with the new tassels. Umar had not noticed the tassels on the Nain were silk and quoted for cotton, but upgraded when he realised, at no extra charge. He was also very supportive in helping to move furniture etc when picking up and returning the carpets.
I would highly recommend Umar. Great cleaning and servicing delivered efficiently and promptly. I have as a result of my experience given Umar two smaller carpets to clean

Amazing! Umar and his team were professional and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned and repaired the fringes of our beautiful Persian carpets and the results were absolutely astounding. The carpets looks better than new! The customer care and courtesy exhibited by Umar was top notch and the way it was delivered to our home was absolutely professional. The entire communication , i.e. starting from from the initial contact - to the agreement (on which service we want to use) and the pick-up / collection, was smooth, efficient and swift. We also appreciated to receive videos showing the cleaning process of our carpet. We received it back nicely packed, super clean, smelling fresh and looking like just bought new. This is to say how incredibly pleased I am with the courtesy and service of Umar Carpets. I had neglected my precious carpets for a while.
They picked up, did a stellar job with the cleaning and delivered all of the to our packers warehouse to be transported. They advised me on future care. Umar Carpets team meticulously rolled all the carpets and sticked them tight in packing to present damage or dust in transit. While I still have not opened them, due to travel restrictions of Covid, they are all well protected and save awaiting the pleasure of complementing our new home.
